The Haunted house meeting went well. We all decided that there would be too booths for the fortune tellers (We are going to bring our tent which has 3 rooms). There will be three groups setting up the three areas of the house (but could use your help). We are also having a hay ride which will take the people back up to their cars, or they can roast marshmallows and drink hot cider by the fire pit (where they BBQ the chicken). There will also be a kind of bobbing for apples (but they will hang from a string, so the kids don't have to put their face in water). The ALR will cook hot dogs and doing Security. We will also have a poster where the kids can stick their face in and have their picture taken. Last year was a lot of fun, this year is sure to be better. There is another meeting on October 4th at 1:00 pm.

We need volunteers in these areas:

Ø      Setting up decorations

Ø      Scary characters for the house and hayride trail

Ø      Cooking hot dogs

Ø      Security, making sure nobody gets burned roasting marshmallows

Ø      Running the Apple game
